Lady in waiting..

And unlike those waiting in excitement, I'm waiting for something that should have come some time ago that would allow me to relocate to Scotland.

So while I wait, I'm not able to really 'scrap' because the house is completely spotless waiting for the new tenants to come in.. And as you can imagine, this makes for a very agitated little me.

But no matter, I continue to work on other creative stuff - like editing photos I've taken, and working on a digital photo book and things like that..

I got some exciting scrap news which I just CAN'T share yet.. and I can't wait for the announcement to be made 'officially' before I make my own :)... so a little more waiting in my life..

:) Happy 4th of July weekend to all of you on State-side and I hope to see the fab pics of your celebrations on the Concroption Blog too :)!!!

xoxo,
Sue in Oslo.

Bad Blogger #2

I felt guilty after reading Allie's post. I too have been a bad blogger. : (

My trip to England was awesome! (There are pics over on my blog if you are interested)
If you're really bored and want to see ALL of my pics they are HERE.

I totally LOVE the June kit. Those College Press papers are to die for.
Here's something I made with it. : )

Tomorrow I am going to go see THIS

...down in Phoenix. I saw it in London too and it was just amazing!
Just that trailer makes me giddy!

I've been scrapping my butt off since I got home, working on this contest at Serendipity Scrapbooks. Every 48 hours there's a new challenge and you have to make as many pages that fit those requirements in 48 hours before the next one is posted.
I've made like 85 pages now (since June 15!)It's driving me batty, but I'm currently in 2nd place!

Long Time Gone

So... sorry for being a big fat blog abandoner. I'm kind of suffering a severe case of blogging burnout after adding roughly a billion people to my 'following' list. Trying to get back on track though! Sounds like busy and productive summers for all - same here. I think I've only been at home a weekend or two since April! My plans for this 3-day weekend are to stay home, but we'll see how that works out. :)

I've actually got a bit of a tan going on, which is unusual for me! My necklace left a nice round white spot in the middle of my chest.

Really enjoying the June kit! It's so lovely and versatile. I'm considering a mini July Daily album, but I haven't quite decided. Need to make the call soon though! I tried (and failed) the December Daily. Nice thought, but between working full time and the usual holiday-related craziness, it just wasn't a reasonable thing for me. Not sure what I was thinking! July? I may be able to pull off. Stay tuned. :)

Have you guys done a daily album? December or otherwise? How are the movie quote ATC's coming? Can't wait to see them!

Moving moving moving

We are moving.. and this is the last week probably we will be in Norway.

I'm very excited, exhausted and busy...

No scrapping as I've put all my things away..

Can't wait to get to things I've put on the backburner for the move..

Take care!!

xoxo

Update

Hi everyone - I'll be celebrating my 6 month post surgery anniversary on Thursday and I'm happy to say that I feel great and am enjoy hour long, well paced walks with the new addition to our family, Misha-bug. (here's a photo of Misha showing Linus the cat a little sugar - LOL!) Rosie passed on February 9th and I pretty much hibernated right thru April but I feel almost back to my creative self. I finally posted some projects this evening and my "pet peeve" and "all about me" ATC's are in the mail to Joscie...albeit in two separate envies so that I could avoid a trip to the post office! So thanks to everyone for being patient and supportive. I've really learned that life can be an ebb and flow. Hugs to everyone!
